Issue

The Attendance Summary widget on the Home page for total Enrolled does not match the total number of active students.

Cause

The Enrolled number from Attendance Summary pulls the number of students with an active Enrollment record. If the data is good, the number of enrolled students should match the number of active students. If the totals are different, there is bad data, either in Demographics, or in Attendance Enrollment.

Resolution

Run the Attendance Audit Listing report which will identify all attendance related data issues for students in the Demographics and Attendance Enrollment tables. Once the errors are corrected, the total active Student records should match the total active Enrollment records.
