How to use a CHANGE Query to mass populate the Counselor field (STU.CU) for a Secondary school, not using Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking. 

If the counselor breakdown is based on student's last name, here are sample queries:

• CHANGE STU CU TO 1234 IF LN <= KZ  (counselor 1234 has students with the last name of A up through Kz)
• CHANGE STU CU TO 4567 IF LN > KZ AND LN <= TZ (counselor 4567 has students with last name from L through Tz)
• CHANGE STU CU TO 8910 IF LN > TZ (counselor 8910 has students with last name U-Z)

If the counselor breakdown is based on the student's grade level, here are sample queries:

• CHANGE STU CU TO 1234 IF GR < 10  (counselor 1234 has students with Grade 9)
• CHANGE STU CU TO 4567 IF GR > 9 AND GR < 11 (counselor 4567 has students with Grade 10)
• CHANGE STU CU TO 8910 IF GR > 10 AND GR < 12 (counselor 8910 has students with Grade 11)
• CHANGE STU CU TO 9999 IF GR > 11 (counselor 9999 has students with Grade 12 or higher)
