Issue: Attendance Summary Widget is not displaying on the Home page.

Cause: There are two possible causes depending on the database:

1. School Site - Attendance has not been initialized
2. District - there is no Calendar set up at the district level.

Resolution: 

1. The Attendance Summary Widget will show when ATT/CAR has been initialized for the school
2. Create a Calendar at the District level
