Why doesn't the Student Attendance page Days Present field include Independent Study Complete?

Answer: 

At this time, Independent Study Complete does not count toward Days Present. This is displaying as designed as the student has only been Present (in seat) for x% of days enrolled. Per CDE, Independent Study does not count toward in seat attendance. As the CDE does not count Independent Study Complete toward in seat attendance, there is no report with this information.

Tips: 

Staff may use the following calculation: Days Present + Days Independent Study Completed / Days Enrolled = Days Present and Independent Study Complete combined percentage

Attendance calculation is different for STAS which is not affected by this Attendance Summary
