Teachers can navigate to Gradebook > Select a gradebook > Reports > Standards Progress by Student
This report is also available for teachers from View All Reports > Standards Progress by Student
The Standards Progress by Student report provides information by student of how they are progressing in the standards that been taught in the rubric standards-based gradebooks during the term and it also provides a count of missing assignments. This report will only provide data for elementary Standards Based gradebooks (GBK.GT = 'SBG') that are rubric gradebooks and have rubric summative assignments.
If the Portal Option Display Only Marks for Teachers, Parents and Students (Applies to SBG Grades and Gradebooks) is selected for the school, then the standards based mark will display for the assignment and standard marks rather than the rubric score.

This report is only available to teachers and will only provide data for gradebooks that meet the following criteria:
- Rubric
- Elementary Standards Based (GBK.GT = 'SBG')
- Have rubric summative assignments
If the Portal Option Display Only Marks for Teachers, Parents and Students (Applies to SBG Grades and Gradebooks) is selected for the school, then the Standards Based Mark will display for the assignment and standard mark rather than the numeric score.

Options ↑
The Standards Progress by Student report has several options that can be selected.
Select a gradebook in the Select Gradebook list to populate the list of students to run the report for.
Select one or more students in the Select Students list to run the report for. The Select All Students and Clear All buttons can be used to quickly manage the list.
Select one or more gradebooks in the Gradebook Information to Display list to include in the report. The Select all Gradebooks and Clear All buttons can be used to quickly manage the list.
If you wish to create a report for a prior term, then uncheck the Show Other Teachers' Gradebooks option, change the date in the Include Gradebooks Active on a Date to a date in the term that you want to report, and then re-check the Show Other Teachers' Gradebooks option.
Select Include Assignments to list the assignment names, due date and mark that are associated with each standard.
Select Show Signature to provide a signature line at the end of the report.
Select Page Break on Each Student to start each student on a new page.
Text that is entered into the Comment box will be displayed at the bottom of the report. NOTE: if multiple students are selected, then all students will receive the same comment.
