- ANY will list students with at least one course meeting the low and high thresholds and non-numeric marks for the selected grading period marks(s).

Checking this option will include the student ID and course detail for the courses meeting the threshold and non-numeric grade selections.

Select the Run Report button to generate the report.
The following is an example of the Threshold Grade Report for students with all 90-100 grades for 1st semester showing course information.
A or A/B Honor Roll ↑
To generate an A or A/B Honor Roll report:
- Enter the valid numeric Low Threshold and High Thresholds. For example,
- A Honor Roll: Low Threshold = 90 & High Threshold = 100 (Values up to 999 may be included)
- A/B Honor Roll: Low Threshold = 80 & High Threshold = 100
- Select any Non-Numeric Mark(s) that would not exclude these students from this honor roll. For example
- P for passing or NA (Not Applicable) should be included if the grading reporting periods include these non-numeric marks.
- Select All Courses Meeting Thresholds
- Select the Grading Period Mark(s). If you select more than1 grading period mark, only the students who meet the selected criteria for ALL grading periods will be included in the report.
- Select Include Course Information to see a list of the courses meeting this criteria for each student. If this report is going to be shared publicly, do not select Include Course Information and only the student's name and grade will print.
- Click Run Report button
B Honor Roll ↑
To generate a B Honor Roll report that does not include any A Honor Roll students you will need to follow these steps:
1. Run the A Honor Roll report. Since this report tags the students you can then SKIP these students in a query.
2. Navigate to the Query page and Run this query:
SKIP STU IDN RTG IF RTG.RNM = 'PrintThresholdGradeReport' AND RTG.QT = 'X'
A list of students to skip will pop-up. Click the X in the upper right-hand corner to close this list.
You will notice a message that Stu Records are now being skipped:
3. Return to the Threshold Grade Report and enter the valid numeric Low Threshold and High Thresholds. For example,
Low Threshold = 80 & High Threshold = 100.
Note: Since you skipped the students who had all grades of 90-100 for the A Honor roll in the previous step, only the students
having ALL grades 80-100 will be included who were not already on the A Honor roll.
If this report is going to be shared publicly, do not select Include Course Information and only the students name and grade will print.
- Click Run Report button
Failure Report ↑
To generate an report of students who have failed one or more courses:
- Enter the valid numeric Low Threshold and High Thresholds: Low Threshold = 0 & High Threshold = 69
- Select any Non-Numeric Mark(s) that would not exclude these students from this honor roll. For example, consider any F for Fail or I for Incomplete.
- Select Any Courses Meeting Thresholds
- Select the Grading Period Mark(s). If you select more than1 grading period mark, only the students who meet the selected criteria for ALL grading periods will be included in the report.
- Select Include Course Information to see a list of the courses meeting this criteria for each student.
- Click Run Report button
