The State Test Scores screen in the Aeries Mobile App provides direct links for parents and students to download the official Student Score Report PDFs from the state testing vendor (ETS) for assessments such as CAASPP, ELPAC, Initial ELPAC, CAST, and CSA. This screen is for California districts. Video score reports are not available in the app.


The State Test Scores screen appears only when both of these are true:

  • State Electronic Test Scores is turned on, with the district\'s ETS credentials, on the 3rd Party System Connections page.
  • The Portal Group has Read permission to State Electronic Test Scores.

The student must also have a Statewide Student Identifier (SSID). Reports are not shown when Portal Options has Hide Student Contact Info (STU & CON) checked for the school, or when the student\'s Do Not Release code blocks release.


How to Access

  • Tap State Test Scores on the bottom bar. If it isn't there, tap More, then State Test Scores.
  • Each test (for example CAASPP or ELPAC) lists its years. Each year has a button for each language available, such as English and Español.
  • Tap a button to open the report as a PDF in the phone's PDF viewer or browser. From there you can save or share it. If the screen is left open for more than 30 minutes, reopen it before tapping a report.



NOTE: Permissions Required: Parents and students must have the appropriate access configured to view State Electronic Test Scores. Ensure the feature is enabled and each Portal Group (parent and student groups are set separately) has Read permission to State Electronic Test Scores. If the screen shows No State Test Scores available, there are no reports for this student. If the iPhone app shows Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later., the school should check the student's SSID, Do Not Release code, and the ETS connection.
