The Print Student Pictures Status Report provides the user with a current assessment of which students have a current photograph in Aeries.
To access the report, select Student Pictures Status under Reports
The report provides access to a sorted summary listing of:
- Students without any pictures
- Students without a picture in the last two years
- Students without a picture in the current year
- Students that have a current year picture
Student Report Tags are update as follows in the RTG table
- X: Students Missing Pictures
- P: Students With Pictures

Note: Query KEEP/SKIP statements can also be utilized to further filter report results if desired.
Students with no picture for any year sorted in name order
Students without a picture in the current year sorted by grade
Students in the 9th Grade that have a current year picture with the last name of Smith
(Query : KEEP STU IF LN : SMITH AND GR = 9 )
