The Early Childhood Development pages in AeriesWeb allows for the collection of data specific to a District’s Early Childhood Development program and allows a district to print a student's EESD-9600 Application and the CDD-801a extract for their district.

District-wide information regarding a District’s Early Childhood Development program must be configured in the Early Childhood Development Setup page.

In order to generate a 9600 Application for a student and for a student to be included in the CDD-801a file extract, additional information is required in the Student Demographic page and the student's Free and Reduced page.  A Family Key for the student is required on the Student's Demographics page. A student will also need the Number of Person's in their Household and Monthly Household Income information entered on the Free and Reduced page and Parent/Guardian information in their Contacts page. Please refer to the Early Childhood Development - EESD-9600 Application documentation for more information.

Once the Early Childhood Development Setup page, the Student Demographics page, and the Free and Reduced page have been configured, data from the setup page will be used by the student's Early Childhood Development page to print the EESD-9600 application.  Users will also be able to generate the CDD-801A extract for submission to the Child Development Management Information System (CDMIS) web site.
