This error occurs because the staff member has too many Staff Assignments (STJ) records or multiple staff records are assigned the same SEID.

Resolution:

• Search the Staff (STF) table to verify that multiple staff have not been assigned the same SEID.
• Remove any extra Staff Assignment (STJ) records.   
• Verify that the Staff and Staff Assignment FTE % values are correct.
