SENR0187 - Short Term Enrollment Period Must Be 30 Days or Less Print

This error occurs because the enrollment period submitted for a short-term enrollment is greater than 30 days.

Resolution:

Verify the Start and End Dates and the Status Code (STU.SP) for the short term enrollment record in Attendance (ATT) and/or Enrollment History (ENR). Confirm that the CALPADS Other Options is reflecting the field where the Short Term Enrollment data is housed. Confirm CALPADS Code Translations has been updated with a Short Term Enrollment Code if using STU.SP.

Closed Short-Term Enrollments: Enrollment period is the number of days from the School Start Date to the School Exit Date (including the Exit Date).
Open Short-term Enrollments: Enrollment period is the number of days from the School Start Date to Today's Date (including the Today's date).
