Overview
The Intervention page has the ability to add Reasons and Concerns information to the Intervention record.

Configurations
To add Reason and Concerns information to an Intervention record, click the Reasons & Concerns tab on the left side of the Interventions page.
The Reasons & Concerns area will display. To add a new Reason and Concern to the Intervention record, click Add New Record.
Select a Reason & Concern code from the drop down list. A Comment can also be added. After all information is entered, click the Save icon.
To delete a Reason & Concern for a student, click the Edit icon to the left of the Reason & Concern entry. Next, click the Delete icon. The message "Are you sure you want to delete this record?" will display. Clicking OK will delete the Reason & Concern information.
