This error occurs because a date or an exit reason is missing from a student's withdrawal record.

Resolution: 

Confirm that your data is accurate.  Verify data entry for correct leave or graduation date.  Check the Code Translations tab in CALPADS Extracts to confirm that Blank Exit Reason or Completion Status codes have been correctly translated.  Verify that the student doesn't have an HSG or EOY value populated.
