This article will detail the configurations that need to be in place for Multi School Gradebook to work.


1. Log into a school using Section Staff


2. Go to Portal Options

  • Enable the Gradebook Portal Option "Allow Teachers to Link Sections from Multiple Schools"


3. Identify the Master Schedule sections as Multi School Gradebook Enabled

  • On the Master Schedule Section select the Multi School Gradebook Enabled field

  • Ensure all applicable teachers are assigned to the section in the Section Staff area.
