Why is the option of "Address Report Cards To" Missing From Print Grade Report Cards Report Options Print

When trying to print GRD report cards, the option for Address Report Cards to: is missing on the Print Grade Report Cards Report Options. There is no selection available for Parents or Contacts.

On the Grade Reporting Options page, when Sort Report Card by Teacher is selected, the option for Address Report Cards To will be removed from the Print Grade Report Cards Report Options. There will be no option to select Parents or Contacts.

If the option is changed to Sort Report Cards: by Grade, by Name, or by Zip Code, the Address Report Cards to option will be displayed, allowing selection of Parents or Contacts.
