What Permissions are needed for a User Type Account to have the option of Gradebook under the Teacher Emulation Node?

User accounts granted “Administer” permission to the Gradebook (GBK) security area and Read permission to the Gradebook Scores (GBS) table will also be able to use Teacher Emulation.
