Fall Class Roster reports data about course offerings, teacher demographics, teacher class assignments, student demographics, and student class enrollments. This submission is due the end of October.

Fall PEIMS reports all students served and staff employed on the Snapshot Date, leavers are reported based on their leaver status as of the End of the School Start Window, and budget data is reported from the Business system. The first submission is due the first week of December and the resubmission is due the third week of January.

Residential Facility Tracker (RFT) – reports students with disabilities who reside in residential facilities within the geographic boundaries or jurisdiction of a School District.  This submission is reported on a monthly basis starting at the beginning of December with a final submission in the middle of July.

KG ECDS – reports KG grade level students from the SIS along with a testing assessment from an approved vendor. This submission is due at the end of January.

SPPI 14 – reports student and parent/guardian contact information distribution of the Post-School Outcomes Survey for a random sample of Special Education students in grades 9 – 12 with specific Leaver Reasons. The survey is designed to monitor SPED students as they transition from high school to adult life. This submission is due in the middle of February.

Winter Class Roster – reports data about course offerings, teacher demographics, teacher class assignments, student demographics, and student class enrollments.   It also provides data for the Teacher Incentive Allotment calculation.

Summer PEIMS - reports all students' school year attendance for ADA and Special Programs weighted funding, course completion data for high school credit courses including dual credit and CTE courses, and student discipline and restraint data.  The first submission is due the third week of June and the resubmission is due the third week of July.

PK ECDS - reports PK grade level students from the SIS along with a testing assessment from an approved vendor. This submission is due at the end of June.

Special Ed Language Acquisition (SELA) - reports data on the language acquisition of children eight years of age or younger as of September 1st who are deaf or hard of hearing.  This submission is due the end of June.

Child Find 11 & 12 – Child Find 11 (SPPI-11) addresses the timely evaluation of students ages 3-21 for special education services. Child Find 12 (SPPI-12) covers the evaluation and eligibility determination for children prior to age 3. This submission is due the end of July.

Extended Year PEIMS – reports Extended School Year (ESY) services provided to SPED students, flexible attendance for the Optional Flexible School Day Program (OFSPD) Credit/Promotion Recovery Program, students participating in the Bilingual/ESL Summer School program, and dual credit course completion.  Only LEAs offering one of these described programs are required to report data for the PEIMS Extended Year submission. The first submission is due the last week of August and the resubmission is due the last week of September.
