Issue
The TSDS PEIMS Summer Student Attendance Extension is extracting the School Taken # (CHI.SCH) field from the Course History Table for the TX-LEAOfRSDPDService field instead of the ID Number (CHI.ID) field.
Cause
The Reporting Period attendance is not correct for the student receiving services from the Regional Day School for the Deaf. The Attendance Reporting Summary District of Service (ARS.DS) field is populated by the Special Education Student Services District of Service (CSV.DS) field value for students with the Special Education Student Services Service Code (CSV.CD) field coded as 801 at the end of each Reporting Period the Student Attendance Details Report is run. The Attendance Reporting Summary (ARS) values are calculated when the Student Attendance Details Report is run with the Recompute option enabled.
Resolution
Re-run the Student Attendance Detail report with Recompute Attendance Reporting Details (ARD) Information enabled for all Reporting Periods the student received services from the Regional Day School for the Deaf.
