Issue

The TSDS Summer PEIMS Student Attendance Extension generates a "Failed" message when processed.

Cause

The file failed because the Intervention Date (INV.DT) field was blank for a Truant Intervention entered on a student. Though not highlighted green to indicate a state reporting field and not populated in the extract file, the Student Attendance extract does take this field into consideration when processing the file.

Resolution

Enter a date in the Intervention Date (INV.DT) field for every Intervention added for a student.
