Aeries Ideas Website

The Hot ideas will automatically display at the top of the page. Category and Status filters are available for the user to drill down to a specific category identified with a label which is assigned by Aeries staff. The status dropdown can be used to display a certain status for ideas, such as Started or Completed.

For example, to filter for Flex Scheduling related enhancments or bugs, select Flex Scheduling from the Category dropdown. The number will represent the amount of ideas in the system that are related to the category. In this example, there are 59 ideas related to Flex Scheduling.

The Status dropdown will contain many status labels for the ideas.

In this example, the 'Flex Scheduling' filter was selected along with the 'Started' status. This indicates there are 5 Flex ideas that have been started and are currently in development or testing. Emails have been sent to the voters attached to the ideas to inform them that there is a work item in development for the idea and will be released when it passes 'testing'.

In this example, the 'Flex Scheduling' filter was selected along with the 'Completed' status. This indicates there are 29 Flex ideas that have been completed. Emails have been sent to the voters to inform them that a work item attached to the idea has been completed along with the revision note and release date.

A user with an account can add themself to the idea by selecting the Vote button on the idea.

The button will change to Voted.
