Why doesn't the LCAP A/G Readiness 12th Graders indicator reflect students who have exceeded graduation requirement credits in an A/G subject area? Print

The Graduation Requirements (REQ) is populated from Course (CRS) data and is used for the LCAP A/G Readiness 12th Graders indicator. If the Graduation Requirements (REQ) for a course has been met, the additional credits taken will be applied to G - Electives.

In the Mathematics example below: Students are required to take 30 credits of C - Mathematics. If a student has met the 30 units required for C - Mathematics, as designated on the course, any additional C - Mathematics credits taken will be applied to G - Electives in the Graduation Requirements (REQ) table.
