The latest Special Education Code values are stored internally within Aeries in the usysGCOD table where most ‘Government’ required codes are stored.  This gives Aeries the ability to update the codes on a regular basis.  The codes stored in the usysGCOD table display when clicking on the drop down arrow on the Special Education Data form.   

The District of Service, District of Residence and School codes are set up and stored in the Course History Institutions (CHI) table.

The only codes that need to be set up and stored in the COD table are the User Codes that display under the Other Information area on the General tab.
