The sum of Staff FTE for all Job Classifications for an individual staff member in the LEA is either more than 200% or less than 5%.

This error occurs when the FTE (STJ.FTE) of ALL open/active Job Assignment records as of Census Day (1st Wednesday in October) total more than 200% or less than 5%.

Suggested Resolutions:

• Review the Start Date (STJ.SD) and End Date (STJ.ED) of all Job Assignment records which overlap Census Day and update if necessary. (Blanks = Active/Open Record)
• Verify that the FTE (STJ.FTE) populated for each Job Classification is correct and populated as a percentage of 100. (50% should be populated as 50.00 and NOT .5)
