Why is there an IVR0116 Error when I do not have duplicate teachers in a section? 

This typically happens when more than one teacher is reported with an SEID of all 9's or 9999999999, in the same section. The SEID is part of CALPADS's primary key fields for the CRSE record.

For Secondary or Elementary with Master Scheduling, this can be found in the Master Schedule, Teacher number, Teacher # 2, or Teacher # 3 fields for multiple teacher sections. 

In Flex Scheduling, this can be found in the Section Staff Members section below the Master Schedule, with more than one teacher reported to CALPADS. 

Resolution - If the Staff records associated with the teachers show more than 1 teacher with the SEID of all 9's, one of the teachers should not be reported to CALPADS, or obtain their SEID number and use that in place of the 9999999999 SEID.
