How can I exclude a Section from the CRSE Extract? 

The easiest way to not report a section to CALPADS is to use a Course number that has a State Course Code (CRS.C3) of 6012.  Aeries will skip the section in the Master Schedule and the students with related course attendance in the CRSE and SCSE Fall 2 extracts.  

For example, section 37 of the Master Schedule has course ISPO 

Course IPO has the State Course code of 6012

The entire section 37 will not be extracted to CALPADS
