Issue: Aeries is not skipping or bypassing paid status on the Student Data Audit report. 


Resolution: To resolve this issue, add the codes 'N' and 'P' to the NSLP Code Translation (FRE.CD). Then, when running the report, select the option “Only Include Codes w/Translations on the Report.”



1. Navigate to the CALPADS Extract Page:

  • Go to Code Translations.
  • Select NSLP Code (FRE.CD).
  • Add the Codes 'N' and 'P' and leave the CALPADS Translation blank.


2. Run the Student Data Audit Report:

  • Select the option “Only Include Codes w/Translations on the Report” to exclude students without a translated code in FRE.



  • This process ensures that the report accurately reflects the paid status of students.
