On the Class Summary, when selecting Visit Website option, user receives a connection error "Class not Found"

Cause

Existing link to Google Classroom has been lost

Resolution

Gradebook, click the mouse on the Manage Gradebook button on the dashboard page.

Review Terms: Ensure that the Gradebook includes correlating terms to maintain a consistent connection with Google Classroom. If the Section Semester is Year long, both Spring and Fall should be selected for Associated Term.

Avoid Creating Multiple Grade Books: Creating separate grade books for each Term can cause issues with Google Classroom integration.
