Issue

When attempting to sync the Course Offering Entity, the system returns failed records with the error:

"Exception was thrown while creating CourseOffering, Error calling PostCourseOffering: {"message": "The value supplied for the related 'section' resource does not exist.""

Cause

The errors occur because the Course Offering LocalCourseCode: XXXXX, Course ID (CRS.CN), does not have a Service ID (CRS.SVC) from the TWEDS Course Code List.

Resolution

The Courses must have a Service ID (CRS.SVC) from the TWEDS Course Code List.
