Issue

When attempting to sync the Student Section Association Entity, the system returns failed records with the error: 

{message": "Unable to Resolve value" to an existing 'BehaviorDescriptor' resource."}

Cause

The error occurs because the non-PEIMS reportable discipline incidents recorded on the Assertive Discipline page Behavior Descriptor (ADS.CD) are local codes. 

Resolution

The non-PEIMS reportable discipline incidents should be recorded on the Discipline (DIS) page to avoid errors. If the errors are acceptable, they can be ignored.
