A Counseling Code (CNF.CD) appears at the top of the drop down list instead of alphabetical order when there is no Sort Order in the Code Table

Cause

A code will show at the top of the list in the Counseling Code (CNF.CD) field, rather than in alphabetical order, if there is a leading space before the code in the Code Table. This also causes the description to not appear on the Counseling page when the record is saved. 

Resolution

Delete the code and then re-add it without the space before the code. This will ensure the description appears and the code is listed in alphabetical order in the drop down menu for Counseling Code CNF.CD
