If a Unique ID (UID) must be updated in Aeries due to a UID number being retired, incorrect, or the student is not returned, the spy glass in the STU.CID field may be used to update the UID via Aeries Web Query.

1. Navigate to the Query Page

• Run the Query below and replace 'xxxxxx' with the student's ID Number (STU.ID)

            LIST STU SC LN FN ID CID IF ID = xxxxx  

2. Close the Query Results

3. Select the Change button on the right hand menu of Query options

4. Manually enter the student's UID and the data will save automatically
