Aeries Communications for Teachers is designed to empower educators with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the Aeries Communication platform, now powered by ParentSquare and is presented by teachers.  

Session Content

In this session, participants will: 

• Identify the key features of the Aeries Communication platform, now powered by ParentSquare, for effective use in teacher-parent and teacher-student communication 

• Describe the process of setting up paperless communication channels using ParentSquare for streamlined interactions between parents and school personnel 

• Discuss strategies for customizing and tailoring ParentSquare to meet the specific communication needs of individual classrooms 

• Summarize the steps for creating sign-ups, managing volunteer requests, organizing conferences, and integrating calendars within the ParentSquare platform 

• Recognize the various tools available within Aeries Communication for Teachers to keep parents and students informed and engaged
