**Update as of 3/29/24 - FIXED: The cause of this issue has been identified and mitigated. The fix was included in last night's release.
Revision note from 3/28/24:
School Info > Imports and Exports > CALPADS Extracts - As of the 3/21/24 update the SPRG ODS Reconciliation process failed to load the ODS extract file from CALPADS if any of the local student IDs contained alpha characters. Now the file from CALPADS can be loaded if local student IDs contain alpha characters.
As of the 3/21/24 update, some customers are reporting that the SPRG ODS Reconciliation process is failing to proper load the ODS extract file from CALPADS. Our team is actively investigating what is triggering this error, and any potential work-arounds. Once we have more information, a bug fix will be released as soon as it is ready.
