12/7/2023  -  The Initial ELPAC Test Results file layout name has been updated to include the 2023-24 year. Please see Test Specific Information - Initial ELPAC  for more information.

9/5/2023 -  Upon further testing, although most of the fields shifted position in the 2023-24 Initial and Initial Alternate ELPAC Student Data File Layout, these changes do not have a significant impact on the Import Test Results process. The current 2022-23 IELPAC file layout on the Import Test Results page can be used to import the 2023-24 IELPAC and IAELPAC Student Results provided after 7/1/2023. We will be updating the file layout name to include the 2023/24 school year. 

08/31/2023 - The 2023-24 Initial and Initial Alternate ELPAC Test Student Data File Layout has been posted on the ELPAC site. There are a few changes to the layout which will require modifications to the Import Test Results process. When you receive your IELPAC data file if wish to assist us in our testing process please contact us at support@aeries.com and we will provide information on where to send your database and data file. When submitting the IELPAC data files please create a ticket with Subject Attn: Audie. Please continue to check this INFO button for the latest information.

07/12/2023- As of this morning ETS has not publicly posted the 2023-24 Initial and Initial Alternate ELPAC Student Data File Layout. If you are able to access the 2023-24 file layout from within your TOMS login please forward a copy of it to Support@aeries.com so that we can review it for changes. Thank you.
